Dr. Bones keeps saying annoying wannabe catch phrases like "Who's got a prescription for pain?!", or "I've got the cure for what ails ya' - PAIN!", or even "diagnosis: pain!". It's really pretty annoying, so you can easily see why he needs to be dispatched posthaste.
